For the U.S., most codes require 15'' from the center of the

toilet on each side to any wall or other cabinet/fixture. This is the only

spacing I am aware of.

Minimum space for a enclosed toilet is 2 feet x 3 feet. Other than that if

there are specific codes I am unaware of them (I think I know the codes in

sink). You can get some pretty small sinks that I have seen. The

smallest shower I have seen was 24'' x 24''. Too small for me.

In mobile campers I have seen the toilet in the shower. I don't think
you could get away with that. I would suggest you talk with ur local
inspector before you proceed too much further. It is best to find out if
there are any local regulations you need to comply with. Codes vary from
one municipality to another (not by a lot - just little things here &
there that can make a difference in ur planing).

Not really unless you are designing for disabled - sizes of

sanitary ware vary in size so much that you need to have a particular

to see what I mean.

The alternative is a wet room - ie make the whole floor a shower tray -
but everthing tends to get drenched unless you remember to use a good
shower curtain.
